Þýska leikjastúdíóið Aesir Interactive gat sér gott orð með útgáfu Police Simulator árið 2021. Nýjasta afurð fyrirtækisins heitir Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator og er væntanleg á markað þann 6. febrúar.
Í leiknum stígur þú í spor sjúkraflutningamanns sem þarf að stýra sjúkrabíl á vettvang óhapps, veita slösuðum fyrstu hjálp og tryggja slysstað. Hægt verður að velja erfiðleikastig í leiknum, annars vegar fyrir byrjendur og hins vegar fyrir lengra komna.

Set in an open world inspired by the city of San Francisco, Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator is the first simulation game to offer a complete insight into the life of a paramedic, developed by the creators of the benchmark simulation Police Simulator: Patrol Officers.
The objective? Get to the scene of an accident as quickly as possible at the wheel of your ambulance. The mission? Analyze the situation, determine priorities and levels of urgency for each case, then attend to the injured and apply first aid.
The game offers a high degree of replayability, with dozens of possible scenarios ranging from simple accidents to large-scale disasters of exceptional severity. Every accident is different, so adaptation, speed and efficiency are the key to saving as many lives as possible.

- Discover 3 different neighbourhoods and deal with accidents, and sometimes major disasters, as they occur.
- Assigned to a district, you choose the duration of your shift, from 15 to 45 minutes, and then ensure a certain number of interventions. You will then be assigned to new districts with their own situations to deal with and will be able to acquire new medical instruments for your ambulance.
- Unlock several ambulances, each offering varying degrees of manoeuvrability and speed, with an impact on gameplay.
- Adapt your driving style to dense, realistic road traffic.
- 36 different injuries, from simple everyday cuts to 3rd degree burns caused by a gas station explosion.
- 17 medical instruments available, including defibrillators, oxygen masks and the ability to perform numerous medical procedures such as tracheotomies and administering products with syringes.
- Real-life procedures documented in a manual.
- 2 game modes: “Simulation” for experienced paramedics or “Classic” to guide you through your first shifts.
