Metal Gear Solid Delta með útgáfudag og nýja stiklu
Meðal leikja sem komu við sögu á State of Play kynningu Sony í gær var Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater.
Við fengum að sjá nýja gameplay stiklu (sjá neðst á þessari síðu) og Konami gaf upp útgáfudag leiksins, sem verður í ágúst.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater er endurgerð leiksins MGS3 sem kom út fyrir PS2 árið 2004. Að sögn útgefanda var valið að endurgera þetta innlegg í seríunni því þar er fjallað um uppruna (origin story) hetju leiksins.
Konami vildu lítið breyta sögunni frá 2004 og er leikurinn því sönn endurgerð að því leiti. Fyrir utan 20+ ára framfarir í grafík og gagnvirkni fá hin ýmsu kerfi MGSD uppfærslur, stýringar og myndavéla stillingar hafa verið löguð að þörfum yngri spilara eins og títt er um endurgerðir.

Players can elect for a newly added, more modern control style. These intuitive controls let you focus entirely on the game, and the immersive thrills of the survival stealth experience. You can also choose to play with a classic control style that more closely recreates the feel of the original game.
